Community members threaten charges

Maban county residents are threatening to drag the former county commissioner to court if he does not return county vehicles. The former county commissioner defected to the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement, or SPLM, loyal to President Salva Kiir Monday after the Upper Nile state governor fired him.
