Civil aviation rule out fault in South Sudan plane crashes

Civil Aviation authorities in South Sudan say there was no mechanical breakdowns in connection with two, recent plane crashes in the country. A top civil aviation official says poor conditions of airstrips caused the two planes crashed last week. Manyang David Mayar reports for VOA from Juba.
