Burhan Leaves Sudan for First Time Since Conflict Began

Sudan's de facto leader Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Burhan on Tuesday arrived in Egypt and met President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, in his first trip since the start of a months-long conflict. Burhan said now is "not the time for talks" to end Sudan's conflict. David Doyle of Reuters has more.
