Bruce Melodie visits VOA, talks collaborating with Shaggy and more

Rwandan Afrobeats musician Bruce Melodie recently released a charting song featuring Jamaican reggae icon Shaggy. Since then, the East African artist has received recognition in the U.S. where he performed on national television and planning to tour.
