The Commission for Refugee Affairs in Upper Nile State reports that over 100 refugees, escaping conflict in Sudan's Blue Nile State, arrive daily at the Maban Transit Center. Some of the Sudanese refugees cite aerial bombardment and intense fighting in their villages as the reasons for fleeing to safety. Manyang David Mayar, who recently visited Maban, filed this story.
