Bangui SC strives to make BAL history

Central African Republic’s Basketball Africa League, BAL, debutant team, Bangui SC, looks to make history in the premier African basketball tournament. Players for the Central African team say they look to become the first from their region to qualify for the finals in Kigali and possibly upset veterans like Egypt’s Al Ahly, who are the hosts of this year’s Nile Conference and BAL’s defending champions. To date, Bangui SC have won two of the four games they have played in the Nile Conference. They play two more games before the conference concludes.
