AU Observers to Release Cape Verde's Presidential Election Report

The African Union Poll Observer Mission, monitored Cape Verde's presidential election, plans to release its preliminary report Tuesday. For Nightline Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to Ismael Martins, the head of the AU observer mission, who lauds the election, calling "good example" in Africa.
