Atlantic Council highlights developments in Horn of Africa

The Atlantic Council’s Africa Center in Washington hosted a discussion on the developments in Sudan, Ethiopia, Somalia and Djibouti. The talk focused on the current state and future of the Horn of Africa countries and what influence visiting countries are having in the region. VOA’s Philip Alexiou reports.
