As the Democratic National Convention winds down, Bruce Fein, a lawyer and expert in constitutional and international law, tells VOA's Esther Githui-Ewart that the DNC, like the Republican National Convention, appears to shy away from addressing critical critical issues such as the lack of justice in the country and the state of the economy.
