Sudanese analysts say Tuesday’s prison escapes by former officials linked to ousted President Omar al-Bashir, some of which are wanted for war crimes at the International Criminal Court, will fuel the worsening conflict between the Sudan Armed Forces and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF).
