Analyst discusses tensions between Somalia and Ethiopia

Professor Mohamed Mukhtar from Savannah State University in Georgia is a Somali political analyst. He tells VOA’s Peter Clottey that a Djibouti proposal to allow Ethiopian access to the sea may not be enough to resolve political tensions between Mogadishu and Addis Ababa.
