A political analyst says Rwanda should level up with the international community about its alleged involvement in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to make negotiations easier. This, after DRC President Felix Tshisekedi Wednesday appealed to the international community for targeted sanctions on Rwanda for what he calls its policy of destabilizing DRC.
