Amnesty Calls for Investigation Into Alleged Attack by Eritrean Troops

Amnesty International is calling for an independent investigation into eye-witness accounts that Eritrean troops shot at unarmed civilians without provocation in Ethiopia's Tigray region. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to Amnesty investigator Fisseha Tekle about the allegations.
