Nigerian billionaire and Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, over the weekend visited his $20 billion refinery in the West African nation where he said his plant, which is located on the outskirts of Lagos, will hit 550,000 barrels per day this year. Reuters’ David Doyle has more.
