The new head of the Africa Private Sector Summit calls on African leaders to make democracy an opportunity for the continent as over 15 African nations including South Sudan and Senegal are scheduled to have elections in 2024. Professor Kingsley Moghalu, a former Central Bank of Nigeria official tells VOA's James Butty African governments should adopt a Private Sector Bill of Rights that facilitates trade and investment in Africa.
