African artists learn how to use tech to tell historical stories

African artists joined their counterparts from around the world to attend a Juneteenth celebration in the U.S. state of California, where tech experts taught them how to use a mobile application to educate users on the history of the continent and more. VOA’s Matt Dibble has more.
