Christopher Kang'ombe, a member of Zambia’s parliament, has hailed as a victory for democracy a court ruling that dismissed a decision to declare vacant nine seats from the opposition party, the Patriotic Front (PF). Kang'ombe tells VOA's Peter Clottey that he and his other eight colleagues have been vindicated by the court's ruling.
