A Population and Housing Census Were a Debacle in Liberia Last Friday

In Liberia, last Friday was the start of a week-long population and housing census that was a debacle according to local media reports. Despite government assurances that the census was on track and declaring last Friday a national holiday, citizens found no enumerators in sight.
