Early voting has begun in many U.S. states, and voters in Washington, D.C., started going to the polls last Sunday ahead of the November 5 general election. Ethio Diaspora Hub, a group in the U.S. state of Maryland that works with immigrants from Ethiopia, has a platform to help immigrants integrate into American society, which includes a page that guides naturalized citizens in casting their votes. A survey by the Council on American Islamic Relations showed that Muslim voters favor Dr. Jill Stein of the Green Party in the swing states of Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin while Vice President Kamala Harris leads among Muslim voters in Georgia and Pennsylvania and Donald Trump leads in Nevada.
