About 75 children and adults benefited from free cleft lip surgery at Juba Teaching Hospital Friday, courtesy of the medical nonprofit Samaritan's Purse. The program coordinator for the group says the rainy season has affected the turnout from 14 counties in the country. Juliana Siapai has more from Juba.
