There have been protests for a second day in Dakar, as opposition politicians call for President Macky Sall to reverse his decision to postpone the elections set for Feb. 25. In Namibia, Dr. Panduleni Itula, president of the opposition party Independent Patriots for Change, has called for calm and urged party members to stop campaign activities until after the funeral of President Hage Geingob, who passed away on Sunday.
