On this edition of Our Voices, we take a closer look at the surge of HIV and AIDS among young teen girls and examine what is being done to address the setback. According to a recent UNICEF report, despite progress, adolescent girls continue to bear the brunt of the HIV infections, with 71 percent of new cases among girls ages 10 to 19 reaching a crisis level in Eastern and Southern Africa.
