The International Court of Justice has found there’s evidence that Israel may be committing genocide in Gaza, in a case South Africa brought to the court. A Kenyan court has ruled that the country cannot deploy police to Haiti as part of an international stabilization force. Foreign policy experts say Russia has been trying to position itself as an ally to African countries.
