Hundreds of African migrants are stranded in dire conditions in a desert area of southern Tunisia after being expelled from the port city of Sfax. Many are trying to reach their embassies in Tunis, seeking help to return home. Twelve countries in Africa will receive 18 million doses of the malaria vaccine over the next two years, expanding access to nine news countries.
