Africa News Tonight: The office of South African President Cyril Ramaphosa says preparations are being made for a delegation of six African heads of state to visit Eastern Europe to discuss a plan to end the war in Ukraine. Gunmen targeted a convoy of U.S. Embassy staffers in southeast Nigeria, yesterday, killing two of its Nigerian workers and two policemen.
