U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris is in Ghana Monday as part of a three-nation tour of Africa, that will also take her to Tanzania and Zambia. Paul Rusesabagina, who was portrayed as a hero in the film "Hotel Rwanda," was released from a Rwandan prison following intense diplomacy by the United States.
