Concern about the long-term impact of Russia's war in Ukraine dominated discussions at the recent Munich Security Conference in Germany. The annual summit in Germany draws heads of state, top diplomats, prominent military figures, as well as leaders in business and civil society. Lord Mark Malloch-Brown is the president of the Open Society Foundations. He was at the Munich meeting and spoke to Hayde Adams, host of VOA's Straight Talk Africa.
