On Daybreak Africa: Malawian health authorities Tuesday announced that primary and secondary schools in Blantyre and Lilongwe reopened Tuesday after delays due to rising cholera cases in the two cities. Kenya’s outgoing chairperson of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, Wafula Chebukati, Tuesday unveiled a post-election evaluation report which concluded with him calling on President William Ruto to launch a public investigation into attempts to undermine the independence of the electoral body during the 2022 elections.
