Ugandan journalists and human rights groups welcome a recent Constitutional Court ruling that outlaws the section of the country’s Computer Misuse Law and pertains to the use of electronic devices to deliberately disturb the peace of others.
Authorities in Botswana Wednesday announced that they have lost a sixth soldier in the fight against militant insurgents in Mozambique and added that one soldier died in combat while two were killed in a “freak accident.”
