On Africa News Tonight: Chinese authorities reported that their new foreign minister Qin Gang Monday commenced his week-long trip to Africa where he is set to visit Ethiopia, Gabon, Angola, Benin, and Egypt, where he will also meet with the secretary-general of the Arab League. Sudanese authorities Monday said the army will soon come under civilian authorities, amid the finalization of an agreement on a two-year-transitional government ahead of the elections.
