On Africa News Tonight: Mozambique’s ambassador to the United Nations Pedro Comissario Afonso declared Wednesday the 4th of January 2023 “a historic date,” after the Southern African nation officially became a member of the United Nations Security Council. U.S. House of Representatives Wednesday will find themselves voting again to elect the next Speaker of House following three failed attempts on Tuesday.
