On Africa News Tonight: Standard Bank, Africa’s largest banking facility, Wednesday hosted a breakfast in Washington on the sidelines of the U.S.- Africa Leaders Summit in support of the African Women’s Impact Fund Initiative. The U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights reports the death of 160 civilians and 230 injured over the last four months of violence in South Sudan’s Upper Nile State.
