On Africa News Tonight: Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa will miss out on the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit due to his being under U.S. sanctions, however, the Southern African nation has sent a delegation with hopes of improving relations with Washington. Ugandan military officials Tuesday reported killing eleven members of the Allied Democratic Forces amid attempts by the ADF to enter the East African nation through the Democratic Republic of Congo.
