Coming Up on Africa News Tonight: South African President Cyril Ramaphosa Wednesday joined the local community of East London to mourn the death of 21 teenagers who mysteriously died two weeks ago at a local tavern; Nigeria’s Kuje Medium Custodial Center was attacked late Tuesday by gunmen who freed hundreds of prisoners, however security officials say many have been recaptured.
