Clashes between two rival SPLA-IO factions have left an unknown number of soldiers dead on both sides; Authorities say several people drowned when a boat they were traveling in capsized in the Sobat River in Upper Nile State; The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization says floods have destroyed more than 37,000 tons of grain in South Sudan and urges immediate assistance.
