Haiti Struggles to Recover After Earthquake

The death toll from Saturday’s earthquake in Haiti has reached nearly 1300 as the country struggles to provide rescue efforts. For International Edition, VOA's Steve Miller spoke to reporter Jean Handy Tibert who says that rescue efforts have been very slow.
