Group Declares Civil Uprising Against SSudan Government

A coalition of South Sudan activists, academicians, and others are calling for a nationwide civil uprising against the government. For South Sudan in Focus, Waakhe Simon Wudu reports the group says South Sudanese must revolt against the failures of the current government.
