There's a growing groundswell for a war and economic crimes court in Liberia after a truth commission found culpability in a 14-year-long civil war. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Jerome Verdier, the chair of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, who said it was fact-finding body and not a court.
