Zambian President Edgar Lungu named 70-year-old Nkandu Luo as his female vice-presidential candidate ahead of the August 12 presidential election. For Daybreak Africa, VOA’s James Butty spoke to ruling party spokesman Antonio Mwanza who said that Vice President Inonge Mutukwa Wina decided not to run again due to her advanced age.
