Tanzania’s exiled opposition leader Tundu Lissu says he welcomes President Samia Suluhu Hassan's pardon on Tuesday of 5,000 prisoners. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Lissu who says the president should unconditionally drop charges brought against opposition politicians under of ex-President John Magufuli.
