President Lazarus Chakwera fired labor minister Ken Kandodo for misusing a little under $1,000 of COVID-19 funds. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to presidential spokesman Sean Kampondeni who said the president sacked the minister even though he refunded the money.
