Dutch Court Finds Shell Sudsidiary Culpable in Niger Delta Leak

A Dutch appeals court found that the Nigerian subsidiary of the Royal Dutch Shell oil company was responsible for oil pipeline leaks in the Niger Delta. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to Friends of the Earth's Donald Pols whose organization was a party to the suit filed in 2008.
