Ugandans Vote in Election Marred by Violence

Ugandans are voting in presidential and parliamentary elections marred by violence against opposition candidates and their supporters. For Nightline Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Paul Bukenya, spokesperson for the Uganda Electoral Commission, who said voters will be casting ballots at 34,680 polling stations.
