Marina Ottaway, Senior Scholar at the Wilson Center talks with host Carol Castiel about her recent book “A Tale of Four Worlds: The Arab Region after the Uprisings.” The book analyses the three major upheavals that have shaped the Middle East from the disintegration of the Ottoman Empire and the wave of Arab nationalism and socialism in the 1950’s and 60’s to the democratic uprisings in 2011, also known as the “Arab Spring.”
