Riek Machar on the challenges facing South Sudan

In a May 10th interview, Riek Machar, South Sudan's first vice president and the leader of SPLM in opposition, said the newly formed transitional government of national unity is facing challenges. He told VOA’s John Tanza the country's council of ministers will continue to discuss issues, including the 28 states created by President Salva Kiir last year.
