Toxic Volcanic Gas Kills DRC’s Goma Residents
In addition to the insecurity and food crisis faced by people displaced by war in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo, they are also threatened by carbon dioxide from volcanic matter, commonly known as Mazuku, in camps west of the city of Goma.
