Sierra Leone’s President Bio seeks permanent African UN council seat
This week, Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio reiterated Africa’s longstanding demand by Africa for more representation on the UN Security Council, including two permanent seats with veto power. He spoke on behalf of an African Union Committee of 10 heads of state and government on reform of the UN Security Council
