Senegal’s February 25 presidential election that was abruptly postponed by President Macky Sall and codified by parliament may be back on track. This, after the country’s Constitutional Council late Thursday ruled that the postponement violated Senegal’s constitution. The abrupt delay generated protests and international condemnation.
