Nigerian Court Orders Government to Set Food Prices
Nigerian lawyer and human rights activist Femi Falana is welcoming a Federal High Court decision ordering President Bola Tinubu’s government to do something about the high price of goods and petroleum products within seven days. According to the Daily Post of Nigeria, the court upheld the motion on Wednesday after the federal government failed to present counter arguments. President Tinubu held emergency meetings Tuesday with key ministers about the economy.
