Nigeria Customs Service moves to curb illicit flow of arms, drugs
The Nigeria Customs Service have signed a memorandum of understanding with China with another pact imminent with Turkey and India to curb the illicit flow of arms, drugs and fake goods into the country. This, as security agencies intensify a probe on the importation of large consignments of arms through the ports. Chief Superintendent Abdullahi Aliyu Maiwada is spokesman for the Nigeria Customs Service. He told VOA’s Chinedu Offor that the lives of Nigerian citizens are at stake
